First, check your spam or promotions folder, since confirmation emails sometimes land there. If you still cannot find it, contact us with your name and the approximate time you placed the order and we will confirm it for you.

Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and current state and local tax laws.

Only one discount code can be applied per order. If you have more than one code, save the second for a future purchase.

No. The price you pay at checkout is locked in for your order, even if the product price changes later, such as during a sale.

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days and shipped via FedEx, with delivery typically within 7 to 9 business days from the time your order is placed.

We currently offer standard shipping only. We do not have a paid expedited option at this time.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a FedEx tracking number so you can follow your package from our door to yours.

Contact us right away with your order number if your package is lost or arrives damaged. We will work with you to make it right.

Please provide a physical street address at checkout. Our shipping carrier may be unable to deliver to PO boxes.

We offer free exchanges and paid-shipping refunds within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. Full details are on our Returns & Exchanges page.

Call or email us with your order number and the item you would like instead. We will schedule a pickup, and our carrier will hand deliver your new item while collecting the original at the same time, so you are never without a jacket during the process.

Contact us with your order number to start a refund. You will need to ship the item back to us, and once we receive and inspect it, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Exchanges are free, including the pickup of your original item. For refunds, return shipping is paid by the customer.

Yes. When you contact us to start an exchange, let us know the specific item and size you would like instead, and we will arrange it.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Neither is objectively better, they suit different priorities. Faux leather is a great fit for an accessible price and an animal-free wardrobe. Genuine leather is better suited to buyers who want an investment piece that ages beautifully over time.

Yes, and this is expected. Genuine leather is a natural material, so slight variation in color, grain, and texture between individual jackets is normal and is not considered a defect.

Yes. Our faux leather jackets are made entirely from animal-free materials.

Most styles offer both a faux and genuine leather option, selectable directly on the product page. A small number of styles may only be available in one material.

Our jackets are available from XS through XXL, depending on the style.

Keep genuine leather away from prolonged direct sunlight and moisture, wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth, and use a leather conditioner occasionally to keep it supple.

We do not recommend machine washing either faux or genuine leather jackets. Spot cleaning and wiping down are the safest ways to keep them looking their best.
