We want your Comic Leather jacket to be exactly right. That is why we offer a straightforward 30 day return and exchange policy, explained in full below.
Exchanges (Free)
If you would like to exchange your jacket, whether for a different size, a change of mind, or any other reason, we offer a free exchange within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
To start an exchange, call or email us with your order number and the item you would like instead. We will schedule a pickup for you. Our carrier will hand deliver your new item and collect the original item from you at the same time, so you are never left waiting without a jacket while the exchange is processed.
There is no cost to you for this service.
Refunds
If you would prefer a refund instead of an exchange, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
For refunds, return shipping is paid by the customer. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.
